Cancellation Policy

At Options Senior Care, we understand that plans and care needs can change unexpectedly. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes whenever possible.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full visit charge. This policy helps us maintain reliable scheduling and consistent support for all clients.

For clients with regularly scheduled ongoing visits, extended cancellations or temporary pauses in service may affect caregiver availability and reserved scheduling times. Clients wishing to hold their regular time slot during an extended absence may do so through a reduced “hold your place” fee arranged in advance. While we will always do our best to accommodate returning clients, regular time slots cannot always be guaranteed without an active reserved schedule.

We appreciate your understanding and will always approach scheduling changes with compassion, flexibility, and respect for each client’s unique situation.
